I had the BEST experience with this firm. My grandmother passed away earlier this year and I found myself in a very stressful situation with her estate on top of my mother being very sick. I didn’t know where to begin to fix the mess I found myself in and was very ignorant of the probate process. Berg Bryant made this process a DREAM compared to me going through this alone. My wife, Jeanie, and I have used the services of the Berg Bryant Elder Law Group on three different occasions. Rebecca Berg did our estate planning documents in 2011. Attorneys Kellen & Shelby have been so helpful along my journey of the Medicaid Long Term Care waiver program. They know the ins & outs no matter what it is I'm inquiring about. It's a long application process (at least for the in-home services part of this program) and if my Dad eventually gets approved then the attorneys have a plan in place to make sure I legally "spend down" his monthly SS check so he remains eligible per the asset requirement. I'm so happy I decided to outreach to an attorney when I knew it was time to apply for the program. Highly recommend!
