Shapechangers-24hr key fob Gym,Autoplanner-NutritionI have been attending Shapechangers since 2019 by doing a home workout challenge, and then my first ever PT with Jonn.I became a gym member in 2021.I am now having 1-1 gym plan coaching with Jonn.Shapechangers is such a supportive community from the staff to the members.The staff are very knowledgeable and always there to help whether it's fitness or nutrition.I have never attended a gym where the members are kind and treat the gym with respect. The gym is always improving, the equipment gets maintained and upgraded.Alongside the gym membership we have the Autoplanner! Which is a nutritional app made by our very own Shapechangers Gym owner. This has been a game changer to how I have progressed in my gym/lifestyle, with the weekly online checking and the personal feedback.

I have never joined such a supportive community or had such a shift in mindset in such a short time. The app is amazing, the support is second to none and the bootcamp is fab! None of the typical "one size fits all" in terms of advice, plans and support. You're listened to and supported 100%. The autoplanner is fab and gives recipes ideas or let's you work your own foods in and there really is nothing which is off limits. Wish I'd found this sooner!

This is a great gym to be a member of. The team are so friendly and welcoming, including the owner Martin and the PTs Jon and Ryan. 24 hour access, good facilities and easy parking. Another added bonus is that they’re always upgrading equipment. Best gym in the area.

My honest review of shape changers OWNER - 100% dedicated to the gym and a top bloke PT INSTRUCTORS - both love their job, also happy to help and both highly educated in the fitness game. THE GYM - unreal, the best in Lincolnshire by far. ever changing equipment. Friendly environment to workout in. 💪💪💪

Great gym, absolutely fantastic staff, never too busy to help or advise. Absolute cheerleaders too and will always help with stance / spotting. Great supplements in stock too !! 5* would recommend !!
