I retired four years ago. Since retiring, most of my life is spent sitting down. I really didn’t like retirement so I took on a very enjoyable part-time job, but I still was not what I would call active. I felt stiff and achy all the time I saw an advertisement for stretch club. I stopped by the local Yorkville office and made an appointment. I swear that I feel 10 years younger after each stretch session. My range of motion is Incredible after only a half a dozen visits this weekend. I had the task of moving 1600 pounds of dirt. In the past I was able to move 40 to 80 pounds and I needed a rest. This weekend. I was able to do it all in under an hour and the best part is that the next morning I woke up. I was not even a little bit sore! Stretch Club is the real deal. I urge anybody who’s getting up there in age or feels that they are not as active as they would like to be to come to stretch club in Yorkville Illinois. The staff is incredible and treat you like family.

My first place is my home. My second place is my work, but I work from home. My third place is my gym, but my gym is in my garage. I’m fully functional but lacking a community. StretchClub helps me, not only with feeling better physically, but it’s a place where everyone knows your name, and that feeling of community is priceless.

My dad was turning into THAT guy—slumped in his recliner, constantly groaning about his back, and blaming everything on “getting old.” I got tired of the complaints and the excuses, so I booked him a session at Stretch Club.One session. That’s all it took. He came home standing taller, moving easier, and actually smiling about how much better he felt. They didn’t just stretch him—they genuinely took care of him.If you’re sick of watching someone you love slowly morph into an old man before their time, do them a favor and get them in here. It works.

Dr. Alyssa and Dr. Mike have been really great. I was extremely nervous at my first visit and they were so calming and reassuring. The vibe here is totally different than other places. The entire staff actually cares about people and they really want to help you. I highly recommend visiting this location and seeing what it’s about.

The staff at StretchClub is absolutely amazing!!! They truly listen to your concerns and help develop a plan to get you feeling like your best self. I love that I feel heard and am involved in my treatment plan. To me, this shows that they care about me and my health. Another great thing is that I feel empowered to ask questions and StretchClub staff takes my thoughts seriously. If you want excellent care, feel respected and get back to a healthy life - give them a chance. You won’t be disappointed! A+++++
