Richard has done an amazing job setting us up with a softener that can handle our hardness.We have the best water when we compare it to another water system. I decided some months ago to have Superior Water Softeners out to my house to inspect my water softener system.After interviewing the owner, Richard, on the Let's Talk Business podcast, to put it simply, he had impressed me with his commitment to his Clean Water philosophy.He had mention consumers needed to sanitize water treatment equipment on a regular basis. In order to minimize biofilm in a water treatment device. His point in speaking about clean water as it relates water treatment system being used. If your not sanitizing your equipment, your basically creating a filthy environment at the point-of-use inside your water softener unit, before water comes into your home.In short, he recommended allowing Superior Water Softeners to put my system on a sanitation plan with a product called Sanitizing Solutions.The result, meaning 'the feeling', was immediate. The slimy feeling when getting out of the shower was gone. The Biofilm, which is in water and grows in water softeners, was managed. I close with this, I am a believer in the Superior Water Softeners system, and I continue to have them manage my Water Treatment equipment.On another note, I recently had a water softener rupture emergency. I immediately called Superior and their response was unbelievable and immediate.They showed up with the right equipment, as they had already inventoried my water softener setup in my garage . They advised me that my Water Pressure Regulator had died, causing my water pressure to increase to a point where it stressed out my plumbing system and caused the rupture. They fixed everything and my water was back on within a few hours.I highly recommend Superior Water Softeners, plain and simple.

Just had our second system installed after a good run on the first of 16 years! Finally wore it out. Great service rep/installer went over options and the best for us was to replace the unit, especially with offered military and return customer discounts. Looking forward to another problem-free run!!
