I was told I needed a shoulder replacement for my right shoulder but decided to try Unified Rehabilitation as they had been highly recommended to me. I must say they exceeded my expectations. In a just a few months, I no longer have any pain and now enjoy total mobility of my shoulder. In addition to that, we have been able to do strength training on the muscles supporting my shoulder and can do activities now I could not do a year ago. Walking in, you first notice the space is a clean, lovely, open space. The improvement and functionality in my injured wrist, is nothing short of a miracle, to me. I had suffered since October 2024 with pain, limited strength and movement, bleak times, for sure. Finally I invested in a solution by making an appointment at Unified Rehabilitation (thanks Jonathan at SmartFitness) The cost was no more than I'd have had to pay using insurance. With each session, a total of 5, the combination of dry needling and exercises, I was able to notice major improvement. My occasional pain is minimal and my strength and range of motion are so much better. Physical Therapist, Ahn, taught and encouraged me to do "home work", which has proven to be key. She is an expert and explained the importance of why and how to do each step, each day, for amazing results. The staff is kind and sincere. I am very thankful to have connected with Unified Rehab!
