This was much more work than we thought it would be but it turned out to look really good. They turned bi-fold doors into standard hinged doors and we are so pleased with the results. We recently worked with GBC to completely renovate our master bathroom and update two smaller bathrooms. All three projects turned out beautifully, and GBC was wonderful throughout the process! We worked with Alan as our designer, and he was thoughtful and attentive during our consultations. He provided design options that clearly reflected our intentions with his design expertise. He answered all of our questions to make sure we understood different considerations on the designs and the building timeline. He was very helpful when we were selecting finishes - providing initial options that matched our style, and offering opinions without being pushy. Once the build started, we worked with Ramon, who was a fantastic project manager. He communicated clearly and often to let us know when the crews would be coming and what work they planned to accomplish each day. He and the crew had very high standards for craftsmanship, so everything looks beautiful. The crews each day were relatively consistent, always extremely respectful of our space - being careful when moving debris and materials and thoroughly cleaning each day, and very hardworking. Overall the project generally came in on budget and on schedule - any issues or changes were presented immediately with details on cost or schedule implications. We are thrilled with our bathroom remodel with GBC! Everything from start to finish was just so pleasant, professional, and fantastic. We have had nightmare experiences with other contractors in the past, so this was just such a refreshing change and overall great experience. Getting an initial quote was very quick and the team was very responsive. They came out to do measurements and provided us with a competitive proposal and design concept. Although we had a pretty specific idea in mind for the design and style, we were still impressed with the design ideas of the team (they definitely have a good eye for design and I would feel confident with their recommendations if I wasn't sure what it was I wanted!). After signing the paperwork we were scheduled to begin work within a month's time after our materials arrived, which was a great turnaround. The remodel itself was honestly so painless compared to other companies we've worked with in the past. Our project manager was so fantastic - he went above and beyond to communicate with us on timelines on a daily basis and make sure we were happy every step of the way. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he never hesitated to jump in. We were also very pleased with the work by the whole crew. They worked quickly but had great attention to detail. We never had to micromanage the work because they were so on top of it. Even with small things here and there, they never made us feel like we were an inconvenience and there was never a fight to take care of anything. We really felt they strived to make sure we were happy with the whole project from beginning to end. The bathroom only took a couple of weeks and the final result is even better than we imagined! It's now my new favorite room in the house and I sometimes just stand in there admiring it :) I really appreciate all of the hard work by everyone at GBC and will 100% be using them again for our next renovation project. 11/10 experience! Use this company! I had an incredible experience with them from start to finish. Alan developed a fantastic design that met my needs better than I could have imagined. He helped me pick out great colors and designs for everything while trying to keep me within my budget. He worked with me every step of the way to make sure my needs were being met. Ramon (my project manager) was amazing. He was always available and checked on the construction crew regularly. I had a few minor issues upon completion. Very, very minor issues like cabinet doors being slightly unlevel, the bottom of one cabinet being rough instead of a smooth finish, the can-less overhead lights making a popping sound. Ramon worked very fast to resolve all of them and make sure I was happy. He even completed his own research on these issues to see what the possible solutions may be. Anything I asked for, I got. Both Alan and Ramon confirmed my choices multiple times and consulted with me when there was anything that required a decision. The renovation was completed very quickly and professionally once the materials were received. The construction crew was fantastic and worked very hard. They covered my hardwood floors with cardboard to make sure they were not damaged. They put up a divider to try to limit the dust that entered the home. I very highly recommend Alan and Ramon. I am sure the other GBC locations do great work as well but these 2 made the process so easy and enjoyable. This is my first google review and there’s a reason why! I hired GBC to complete our master bath remodel project. We could not have been more pleased with our experience! Alan was our designer and he went to great lengths to understand all the details of what was wanted in the bathroom. He gave us a design that came out so beautiful! The desing and selection process was easy due to his assistance and he kept us informed of any potential changes due to supply chain issues. He kept us informed of inspections and served as the project manager as well. Every couple of days we could expect him first thing in the morning to stop by and ensure we were pleased with progress. On to construction and we hit gold again with Anival assigned to complete our project. His attention to detail and ensuring that we were consulted on each of them was greatly appreciated. Spacing on design elements and tile design was all covered again with us when he was ready to install. Glad we are completed with the master bath and our new look but if there is another project to be considered we will definitely be going back to GBC. Less

We had two full bathrooms renovated, our project developer Alan K. was professional, responsive and addressed all of our questions throughout the process. The estimate and design process was well executed, he listened to all of our ideas and recommendations so that we got exactly what we wanted. The project was completed much quicker than expected and for the exact amount that was originally quoted!! The end result far exceeded my expectations; they completely transformed our older outdated builder grade bathrooms into a sleek, modern oasis!!! The construction crew was professional and did exceptional work, they throughly cleaning up each night so that we didn’t have to worry about anything scratching our hardwood floors or the dogs eating anything off the floor (all pet owners know what I’m talking about). The crew would deposit trash and construction debris outside to be picked up to be disposed of, NO DUMPSTER parked in front of the house!!! I would highly recommend GBC to my friends, family and ANYONE looking for an amazing locally owned company who does amazing work!!! Less
