The house has been sitting empty for awhile, and needed a move in thorough cleaning. The cleaning crew members were excellent. The house passed the white glove test. I am quite picky when it comes to house cleaning, and this time I am completely satisfied with work provided by Ms. Mel and Ms. B. I give a 4 star is due to confusing terms of “window tracks” on the service list provided to me initially, and what I was told I would have been charged extra if the cleaning crew clean the tracks. Window tracks are supposed to be on the inside of window panes, while window seals on outside.

Hero Cleaning service was amazing to work with. They were super accommodating. Ronnie was amazing. Spent hours on cleaning up an old cabin that needed some work. Highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10.

Super Duper Job! Our cleaner (Roni W.) did exceptional work while facing the challenges of no running water (utility had not turned on yet) and we were actively moving in. Would use again recommend without hesitation!

Job well done. I am going ahead with monthly cleaning after seeing the great work done for my moving-in cleaning done for our new condo, which was not clean by any definition.

I'm so glad that I called Hero House Cleaning! Christina E. did an OUTSTANDING job! I wish I could give them 10 stars! My home was no easy task and I honestly didn't think that it could ever look good again, especially after it sitting in three (3) years of "filth" from severe medical problems.Christina worked and worked and worked to get my house back to being in livable conditions. . . and then she went beyond that! She cleaned like she was expecting a "V.I.P." to be living there. Lol.I am so grateful for what Christina at Hero House Cleaning has done for me and my home! I will definitely be using them again!
