Erin was a delight to work with. She spent a lot of time with us before ever suggesting an agenda in order to learn about our objectives and preferences. She put together a fantastic agenda for our trip. She provided invaluable support through the Trip Plans app, which included not only our agenda, but write-ups on sites and activities along with tickets for museums, shows and experiences we had pre-purchased.Beyond all this, she provided ongoing support in real time during our trip.Without question, will use her again! We can highly recommend her.

We just enjoyed a really relaxing river cruise on the Rhine between Amsterdam and Basel. I'm sure it's possible to arrange a Viking cruise without the help of an agent like Erin. But we had never cruised before, and a few tweaks to make to the standard itinerary, and Erin's guidance and experience were invaluable in getting the most bang for our buck. It helps that Erin is a neighbor in Lambertville, and rather easily accessible when we need to reach her. Erin's advice on which features of the tour would be most beneficial for us came in quite handy. We're glad to have her nearby when we need her!

Outstanding trip to the Galapagos Islands! Erin and I worked together for nearly a year to make this bucket list adventure a reality. Erin's recommendation of the HX cruise organization was based on her personal experiences with HX and our needs and budget. Erin was routinely available to answer questions, confirm travel details, research insurance plans, and even monitor flight delays while we were en route. Applause, Applause!

I want to thank Erin for the "dream" family vacation she planned for my family at Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf Resort. I gave her a challenge to find a resort that 5 adults, 1 preteen boy and 1 teen boy, and two babies under three would all enjoy! There were activities for all. From a child's waterpark to a Teen lounge, to fine dining and an ice cream parlor! Using the Trip Planner app, we had every detail of our trip in one place thanks to Erin. She went above and beyond to help us with our day of departure travel nightmare without hesitation. I will always trust Erin and Erin O'Leary Travel with all my travel destinations!
