I was intrigued by Sandi's daily Facebook posts promoting herself as a Realtor in PC Beach. I followed her intently for a year. We purchased an investment property in PCB back in April. While we were in town sprucing up that property, my Wife and I began talking about finding our forever home in PCB. On one of my daily trips to Home Depot, I decided to give Sandi a call and establish a relationship. Long story short, 5 weeks later, Sandi sold us our forever home in PCB. From the first phone call to the day of closing, Sandi was nothing short of the absolute best. The transition was extremely smooth with ZERO hiccups, surprises, or setbacks. She is very professional and efficient at what she does. She also has a "fun" side outside of her business mode. We are almost settled in our new PCB home, AND already have a TRUE friend in Sandi and her Husband Shane. Coming from ATL, it is very comforting to know that we already have two new "friends" in the community.
