This was the first day of treatment. Initial phone call to schedule was easy and the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant to speak with. Tristan was very polite and respectful, he seemed to hear my concerns about spiders, wasps and scorpions. Hopefully this will help with the issues of pests. There is an initial fee of $245 and then a monthly fee of $45. They are scheduled to come every 4 months, but I can call them any time before then if I need to without another charge.

We were invaded by an army of tiny little ants. SpotOn dispatched Ray Williams to come to our aid. Ray is a very nice young man, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and fast. He explained everything he was going to do before and during the service. We are on the monthly service plan so there was no charge for this service. I highly recommend SpotOn. 5 stars all around!

Nice/friendly young man who sprayed (Tucker Johnson). Great job!!! Wonderful receptionist who was knowledgeable and more than a receptionist, Persiphany (sp)! And the owner, Chris Nash, was professional but Lufkinite friendly! Price was a little stiff for me but my house had been empty almost a year and had never been sprayed in 4 years that I am aware of. Overall, great experience and I would recommend them without hesitation!
