Once complete, they left multiple piles of tiles and materials in my driveway for over a week. And then, when they wanted to be paid, it was an additional $1,700 because they said there were more broken tiles than they thought. I NEVER would have gone with this company if I knew they were going to raise the price after the work was done, and it took so long to complete. Another neighbor had their roof done by a different company, at the same time. Took 3 days. Start to finish. They had to have a full pallet of tile to replace broken ones. They weren't charged anything extra from their original price. I wish I would have went with that company. If you do use InEx, good luck. Our experience was beyond disappointment. Less

After the scope of the contract was agreed upon the work was scheduled and accomplished within the timeframe agreed upon. The ongoing communication throughout the project was outstanding! That is the way customer service should be performed. Each day the work crew was diligent in cleaning up around our property before the start of the next day's activity. It lessens any disruption to my surrounding neighbors which was very important to us and did not create a visual distraction to our broader neighborhood either. Once I made the decision to use In-Ex I was assigned a coordinator (Catrina) that kept me in the loop as far as delivery of material and commencement of work. The material was delivered to my roof with no problems. I was given a start date (3-5 days after delivery). An opportunity to start sooner (2 days after delivery) came up and they asked if they could start early. The time estimate for completion of the roof (3-5 days) was met exactly. Construction was orderly and the crew left my driveway and yard clean each evening. The clean up after the job was done was excellent. And best of all the roof looks outstanding. I had noticed that many people in my neighborhood had been using In-Ex for their roof projects so I decided to give them a call as I had my original roof and it was a matter of time before I would start having problems. I was very pleased with In-Ex Designs and everyone I was in contact with during the process from the estimator to the guys on the job to the people I spoke with at the office. The price was reasonable and the job was completed when they said it would be. Calls and emails were returned promptly when I had questions. I had new paper put down over the entire roof and tiles reinstalled. The workers arrived promptly every day and got after it!
