I have been bringing my car to Knapp’s ever since I moved to Cleveland about 3 years ago. They have handled a number of issues with my car ranging from oil changes and e-check waivers, to transmission issues, brake replacements, oil leaks, and exhaust repairs. They are incredibly communicative, transparent, and honest about issues with your vehicle. Parker is very helpful with explaining issues. I always know what to expect when I bring my vehicle to them, and they make it clear that safety of the vehicle, and by proxy, the person driving it, is paramount. Will continue to bring my car here, and highly recommend!

Have been coming here for about 4 years and they are amazing! They can usually get most services same day. Keith and Parker are kind, helpful and honest. I never have felt they were pushing for unnecessary repairs or taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Chose Knapps because they specialize in Subarus and keep come for the honest work! Been bringing my car to Knapp’s for many years now. Always an easy experience. My family runs a similar shop in another city, and going to Knapp's reminds me of how they operate. Family-run, trustworthy, quality work, transparent timing and pricing. I'm not going to say I love going here because, honestly, who loves getting their car repaired! But when you do need it, it's the best place to go.
