I've had my fair share of bad experiences with auto shops but this was by far one of the best! They got me in and got the work done so quickly, keeping me updated the whole time. They were upfront about price as well as when I could expect the work to be finished. They even gave me a loaner car which was much appreciated. Everyone was super kind and easy to work with. Definitely recommend Knapp's Madison Auto and Towing!!

Answered questions and did some good work. Job was taking longer than expected so I was given a loaner car so I didn't miss days off work
