I had a not so great experience with a separate mechanic in Lakewood and brought my car here to be serviced. Keith was very friendly and helpful at the front desk, answering any questions I had as it was my first time at this mechanic. Jerry worked on my car and was amazing. Called me and gave me a detailed rundown of what he thought the issue was and got my permission to move forward with repairs. Picked it up the next day, and Jerry again went over what repairs he made and to call back in a week to make sure the issue was resolved. Felt like the process was very easy and the price seemed very reasonable. Will definitely be returning for any issues, thank you :)

We were driving from Michigan to Massachusetts yesterday and hit a bucket in the road on the Ohio Turnpike, damaging the wheel well. We took the first exit we could after exiting the pike and came upon Knapp’s Madison Auto Service on Stearns Road. Without hesitation, the owner/staff took our car into the garage and carefully and efficiently repaired the damage for safe travel. We are so grateful for their tremendous kindness and generosity.
