Which is exactly what I need without feeling pressure “from a trainer” because I’m restricted with finances.. he makes it easy to ask for guidance anytime of the day and no matter what the questions are.. he’s there to answer. He has been so helpful with the “little steps” to achieving my fitness goals without the pressure. I struggle the most with diet, form and breathing techniques (due to asthma) and he has been nothing but great no matter what!
