I am a first time homebuyer and was looking to make the purchase from out of state. Based on this I expected to have a very stressful and difficult experience. Tim is an outstanding realtor. We were out-of-state home buyers, and Tim made the process easy and enjoyable. We flew up for a quick trip and had only one full day to look at different homes. Not only did he plan and time all the showings perfectly, but he also made a personalized itinerary booklet that had pages of information on each house that we viewed! When we didn't end up buying any of the houses from that day, he did facetime/video showings for us. When we finally found the property that checked off all the boxes and then some, he helped us negotiate the price down. He went above and beyond for us. It was our first time buying a house that wasn't a brand new build, so we had tons of questions for him. He always took the time to answer them and never made us feel like we were asking a dumb question.
