Very easy process start to finish and if you get caught up, Jordan is more than willing to walk you through it. Needed a trailer that can handle towing a 97 Ford F350 Powerstroke. Just have to say, this trailer is a tank! Everything you can think of is provided which was very helpful. Winch/ tire straps/ tie downs. Absolutely no issues with trailer or getting the job done. Will definitely be back to rent from again.
