Vince is phenomenal! We had a local contractor install a stamped concrete patio and sidewalk a year ago. We were greatly disappointed with the outcome of the color and the seal coat finish. We called every local business we could think of hoping to find someone to strip and refinish the color, but were unsuccessful. Most declined because they didn’t know what product the installing contractor used. One search led to another until I was finally referred to Haglee Decorative Coatings. Vince was more than willing to refinish our patio by using a safe stripping method and 2 antiquing agents to darken the overall color. He even sent me computerized mockups of the final color ahead of time. His quote was more than fair, he was responsive and kind in all communication; he was empathetic and accommodating to our time line and even drove 2-1/2 hours from Clearfield, PA to get here despite the fact this probably wasn’t one of his bigger jobs. He is a true professional and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I’ve attached one before and two after photos.
