I signed up several weeks ago and paid $1,000, but my experience did not match the expectations that were set.There was little to no onboarding, and I was directed to watch many hours of training videos that did not provide much practical guidance. The core strategy appears to rely primarily on posting listings to Facebook Marketplace to generate leads. In my experience, this approach did not generate engagement or the volume of leads that was suggested. You can do this now without paying for this service.The program also includes an AI bot designed to contact real estate agents. However, in every interaction it struggled to answer basic questions and sometimes sent messages that made it appear as though it was representing a homebuyer agent, which created confusion and reflected poorly on my professional image.Another major concern has been the lack of support. I have been trying to cancel the service for about a week and have not received any response.Based on my experience, the program will not delivered the results or support that were represented. I would recommend that loan officers thoroughly evaluate the offering before committing funds - look elsewhere as this service is not it.
