I am no body builder by any means but I feel like this is by far the best gym in Louisville, and the owners seem great. I experience feeling harassed by other people at other gyms but these people literally work on themselves, but remain available if you need anything, I feel so welcome even though everyone is way out of my league fitness wise, they have so much to offer in training that your crazy if you don't at least try it. The overall environment is amazing and the equipment is top tier.

This gym is top notch!!! From gym equipment to the amazing couple who own it! The environment in the gym is motivating and inspiring. Everyone there wants to see each other succeed no matter their goal! If you haven’t been then you need to give it a shot. Open 24/7 and only $10 for a day pass. No contracts, month to month, and they truly care about YOU!!! 10/10 highly recommend to anyone to try it out and decide for yourself.

Gym has been adding pieces of equipment and is now very well stocked in a variety of different pieces of equipment. Their leg equipment is the best in the Louisville area by far. Very fairly priced and owned by nice people. All around great gym to support and workout at.

One of the best gyms I've been at! Very clean very affordable and they have equipment that is very hard to find at commercial gyms!
