I love this community! I come on the weekends to visit family and it's always so calm and peaceful. I’ve noticed the change the community has had in the last couple of years since the New Property Manager started and it’s a good one. You can tell she really is working hard to maintain the value of the community, and it shows.

absolutely love this mobile home park! From everything I’ve seen and heard, it’s such a welcoming and friendly community. The management is amazing and clearly cares about making it a great place to live. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained home!

I have lived here almost a year. Property manger has been the upmost best. She has enforced rules which has made it a better place. There has been a lot of improvements made over the last year. If I ever had a problem or an issue, she was on top of it and took care of it. Improvements are being made all the time. My neighbors are nice and friendly.I would not live anywhere else. For me it is like family living here. Property manager is polite and will take care of any issues or problems you might have. I give the manger props for all she does.Thank you oak hill mobile home park!!!!

Great place . I've lived here since 2013 it's peaceful friendly neighbors.Great price for lot rent . Manager and Owners I've met both they do what's best for all tenants and mobile park they have made a lot of improvements over the years to make the park better for all .Its nice quite and beautiful to see all the wildlife in your yard .

Lived there since 2019 The park for the most part is well maintained and trashy homes and properties are not tolerated.i personally have had no problem with my neighbors.The older kids are pretty good even around holidays.

I Live here and I enjoy it. The Manager is really wonderful. The maintenance man is really nice the neighborhood is very friendly. All around the price is very reasonable. Very nice place for your family.
