Valor is the best PT experience I've had in Yuma. I can't say enough good things about them and am having my kids referred to them for their care. I can't think of a place I would trust more with care for my kids.Amanda and her staff are fantastic. From the very first session, she did a thorough assessment and provided a comprehensive path forward to address my issues. She took the time to understand my goals and incorporated them into a customized plan.The entire Valor team creates a welcoming, professional atmosphere. The clinic is clean, well-equipped, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about helping patients. I have been to my fair share of physical therapy and none have matched the level of customized care that Valor provides.

I’ve been going in to Valor Health for leg and hip stiffness and also for adjustments from heavy work loads. After my scheduled appointment I feel amazing and also with the guidance of the way that I should be working out base on my pain issues. The way they help on those targeted pain areas with a workout routine to avoid another injury.

I had a great experience working with Dr. Chloe Haile at Valor Health and Wellness. I originally came in dealing with persistent tightness and discomfort in my back from lifting and long days on my feet. Dr. Chloe took the time to really listen to what was going on, evaluate my movement, and explain exactly what she was seeing instead of just jumping straight into treatment.After a few adjustments and some guidance on movement and recovery, I noticed a huge difference. I can’t recommend Dr. Chloe Haile enough! I started my treatments with her because I had persistent knee and shoulder pain which was seriously slowing my weight loss in the gym. As a 52 year old, I thought that was just something I had to deal with. She did a great job of analyzing my alignment and coming up with an in-person and at-home plan to not only correct my alignment but to keep it in place. She was able to quickly alleviate my joint pain so I could focus on strengthening my muscles. I can now work out without fear of injury.
