I had a very disappointing experience with James. During our interaction, he called me and my family "retarded," which was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. When I called him out on his behavior, his response was to say, "My parents own this place, and I can do what I want." That attitude, combined with the personal insults, made it clear that customer service and basic respect were not a priority.I understand that disagreements can happen, but there is never a reason to resort to name calling or offensive comments about a customer or their family. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and hope management aka parents takes steps to address how customers are treated by their man child

It was my first time ever going into the store. I met the owner and the staff great people very helpful and very friendly. Recommend if you get a chance go and see them. They treat you like you’re the only customer.

We come to Casey’s Fireworks from south Blue Springs every year! Family owned and operated, they remember us and our children year after year. Great prices and a huge selection to pick from. Our kids love having the miniature shopping carts to push around, too. They have TVs that display what the fireworks do after you scan the barcode. It’s nice to see what the fireworks do before buying them. Best place in KC to get fireworks, hands down! 10/10

I really enjoyed Caseys Brothers Firework stand. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They had great prices and a decent amount of options to choose from. They also had bar code scanner stations where you can scan and watch what each one does to help you decide. Check them out. I would definitely return!

Jordan and his team were fantastic and super helpful! The videos screens that show you what your buying are a rarity in the fireworks tents but super helpful for our selections! Will be frequenting this stand for years to come!
