The worst limo service I have ever experienced sent car it was scratched up something awful no shine to the body inside door area dirty girls had to hold up dress however very kind driver they didn’t even offer me a discount on next service after I complained nicely the next day instead he compared my situation to a STEAK that i would eat at a restaurant all UP and complain to get out of paying bill. Really seeing as though I paid for STEAK in advance should be allllll the more reason they could have be a little nicer about situation instead like most people they took ABSOLUTELY no responsibility for the awful service provided Less

My husband and I used Addison Xpress car service for our airport pick up. I can’t begin to say what a wonderful experience. Sonny was our driver. He was so nice and engaging. The car was spotless and the price was reasonable. However, the best was the communication. From the time we made our reservation to arrival at the airport I had no worries.
