Fantastic quality of work and service!This is the second time that we have used Neaterheat and they again provided an excellent service and quality of work that was very reasonably priced.Brad was with us for 6 hours replacing a couple of radiators and adding thermostats to all our radiators. First time ever in the annual service of my combi boiler, your engineer checked my outside LPG gas tank. When I queried this he said it wasn't strictly necessary but that he was 'old school' and liked to include this in the service just in case there were leaks or similar problems. We've used Neater Heat now for over 7 years - from new boiler installations and removal of old back boilers, to new radiator installations, boiler servicing and fixing of gas leaks - they are wonderful and I wouldn't use any other company for heating works. I've had awful experience with tradespeople over the years but cannot rate Neater Heat highly enough - such a friendly and knowledgeable team of people. They are efficient, helpful and tidy and the only tradespeople I've met that I never get anxious about working in our house! Less

Massive thanks to Neater Heat for installing our heat pump. We were recommended NH by a neighbour who had had one installed and it has been a really brilliant service from start to finish. We were unsure at the start whether a heat pump would be viable for our house as part of some renovation work but a generously long phonecall with Lee (I didn’t realise at the time that he was the MD) talking it through and looking at some photos of the considerations, and another helpful chat with Richard meant we were able to take the next step and I’m so pleased we did. The quote was competitive with others we received and they were able to meet our timescales and install much sooner than other companies we spoke to. Special shout out to Matty (certified Heat Geek) for doing all the design work and oversight and his very patient explanations to us of how the system would work - he is massively knowledgeable and gave us huge confidence that this was a company that knew their stuff and it wouldn’t turn into a heat pump horror story. Mark, Jamie, Henry and Josh as installers and Jim on electrics were all really great doing the install on site and our builders commented on how collaboratively they worked with them through some of the logistics. Really grateful to Jade as well for her diary management for the team throughout it all when we had been in a bit of a state of flux with our timescales. Roll forward the clock 3 months and the pump has kept the house really warm over a cold winter, with lower running costs than we had expected. Couldn't recommend this company enough! We have used them 2 or 3 times now:First time was to install hive heating to an existing system.Second time for a boiler faultThis time was with a problem with the hive heating (I really don't recommend hive if you're considering it - it's impossible to troubleshoot; the thermostat valves eat through batteries and it's really expensive)Every time Neater has been out, they've been on or around the time. After 2 companies misdiagnosing the system problem, charging us a fortune for nothing and letting us down with dates we were relieved to find Neater Heat. They quickly correctly diagnosed the problem and were very responsive and helpful from the start. Superb service. We have just moved into the area and were concerned about choosing the right people for servicing our boiler, without going to the “big suppliers”. Neater Heat proved to be a great choice! They sent round a young engineer, who was friendly, polite and most of all, knowledgeable! He was able to advise us on the operation of the system, as we had not had a combi-condenser boiler before! He also helped us to work out what was best for our thermostat zones and identified an issue (that we are happy to get done).
