From the first call I made and talking to Makayla to make my appointment, to the night before my first visit when Dr Puffer himself, called to welcome me to his practice and to address my concerns before my visit, I felt like they genuinely cared and I had called the right dentist. My visit went great.. I was greeted by a friendly staff and was seen very quickly by very courteous and knowledgeable assistants. When Dr Puffer came in, he sat with me and discussed all of my concerns and gave me a plan and I felt very reassured he could help me with all my dental needs. If you don’t have insurance, they have a “Puffer Plan” that you can purchase to assist with the expense of several procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Puffer if you are looking for a dentist that is a able to take care of whatever your dental needs might be.

I have used Dr. Puffer for years! Not only is Dr. Puffer exhalent at his job, his office staff is top notch! Just yesterday I found myself in great pain. The staff performed quickly, professionally and with great understanding for the position I found myself in. One of the staff even stayed late to insure I received the medicine I needed! Makayla greeted me on the phone with a smile you could hear. She was friendly and informative and offered to help me complete the paperwork.The day I scheduled my appointment, I received a call from Dr. Puffer, introducing himself and asking if I have any concerns. WOW! That has never happened to me before!!When I arrived at the dental office, Betty welcomed me and told me everything was in order as I’d completed paperwork online. She even let me know they were running a little behind and I’d be taken care of soon.Presley greeted me warmly and apologized for running late. She walked me through everything she was doing and did and good job cleaning my teeth.Dr. Puffer took time with me and did not appear to be in a rush. He answered my questions.The overall experience was amazing and I highly recommend Puffer Dental to those seeking a change or who are looking for a dentist.

Dr Puffer and his staff are great. To say that going to the dentist office is the worse trip in the world is an understatement. But he and his staff provide a comfortable environment. The care is gentle and very professional. I would highly recommend Puffer Dental.
