First visit to Dr. Puffer’s Dental Practice yesterday was a positive experience. The staff is friendly and professional. My hygienist was thorough cleaning my teeth. Dr. Puffer checked my teeth and highlighted problem areas and answered my questions. I am impressed with the Puffer staff.

Really enjoyed my experience. All the hygienists, techs, and staff are super kind and attentive. The location is really relaxing with nice views out of the windows to get your mind off of things. Dr. Puffer is knowledgeable with new technology and a super clean practice. I really felt welcomed by them- when I made my first appointment, Dr. Puffer reached out personally after hours to introduce/conduct a connection call… that rarely happens anymore. Overall, very professional and caring practice.

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! Today I brought three of my kids in for their cleanings and had my 3 month old with me and the entire team handled it with so much patience and kindness. Anyone with kids knows that juggling multiple appointments and a baby can be a lot BUT the staff made the whole experience smooth and stress free. They were incredibly patient with my kids, took their time with each of them and made them feel comfortable the entire time. Not once did they make us feel rushed or overwhelmed, even with a baby in tow. As a parent, that level of understanding and care means EVERYTHING! My kids left smiling and I left so grateful for a dental office that truly cares about families. We are so thankful for the amazing care today!

What a wet, rainy day! I went in to have my check up and teeth cleaned. I use to have a lot of anxiety, but since I found Dr Puffer and his whole staff, I know longer dread going to my dentist. Leslie cleaned my teeth with no pain. She is wonderful. I actually look forward to my appointment. 😊

When going to Dr. Steven Puffer’s, it is not the dreaded dental appt. They have a way of making you feel like you are “their favorite patient”. Dr. Puffer and his staff go far beyond the call of duty to dot the i’s and cross the t’s. I love the light hearted atmosphere and the fact that everyone seems to really enjoy working together. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt at ease when I was greeted by a smiley face. The receptionist is so sweet! The dental hygenist I got was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and did the best job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Puffer put my mind at ease when he told me that I didnt have a cavity! I highly recommend this dental office!
