Yoga For BJJ

I can not possibly overstate how essential and invaluable Yoga for BJJ has been for my jiu jitsu and life in general.
I am a 45 year old competitive purple belt who came to BJJ at 38 after a life of running, weightlifting, and almost no stretching. This, of course, led to a very quick thrown out back just a few months into BJJ. A teammate recommended Yoga for BJJ, and I started seeing benefits almost immediately. Not only did my injury heal quicker than expected, but my mobility, balance, overall athleticism, and (most importantly) jiu jitsu went through the roof.
Sebastian's teaching style is perfect for athletes who want the benefits of yoga, but may be put off by some of the spacey/mystic/etc., lingo used by some traditional yoga instructors.
It's also great to have the ability to do yoga at home, and being able to choose between videos anywhere from 5mins to 1.5 hours, depending on the time you have available.
To sum up, I consider Yoga for BJJ an absolutely essential part of my jiujitsu. It's kept me healthy and on the mats, made my jiujitsu exponentially better, and made me move better at 45 than I have ever before in life!
