I’m not a Karen I promise this is the only bad review I’ve ever written, but after emailing them and getting no response I want to try and save someone else from the hassle . My washer was broken so when I learned that Royal clean has the extra large washers, I decided to take advantage of the situation and load up my suv with like everything I own. I spent $60 washing clothes, bulky items, bedding, you name it. Unfortunately, it’s my suspicion that Royal clean wanted to try and cut on water costs making the xl washer cycles only 30 min long and leaving soap on all of my items. (I’m careful not to overload or use too much soap). Since there was no attendant and it was late I had to dry everything to get it home. Everything was a sticky mess. Even multiple washes with no detergent wouldn’t get the dried detergent off so i had to purchase citric acid and totes to HAND SOAK EVERYTHING it’s been weeks and I still am redoing laundry thanks to this place and some of my synthetic clothes I’ve just had to accept and throw out. I’m super upset with the amount of time , effort, and money I’ve had to waste because this laundry Matt wanted to save a couple bucks.
