Do not go here don't go here don't waste your time if your child needs a tooth pulled and they need anything from an anesthesias they're going to be waiting months to even get in with the anesthesis and then the people that call you they don't even know nothing about the anesthesia process but they're the one that's calling you not only that you would never be able to speak with the doctor all my recorder calls I was asked to speak with a doctor or after the doctor called me back the doctor never called me back never responded to me never email me never wrote me a letter! You have questions about your appointment or your child's appointment and how the process works then you're wrong you can't ask them no questions about how the process works and if you do they're going to tell you that they're not for sure or they're going to make up a lie and try to cover up their lie but all my cars are recorded they are very unprofessional if you want someone that speak English do not go here I don't understand what the problem was with me like I'm a black American girl from Springfield Missouri and the longest I lived here the most common language was English so if I get someone that's speaking a different language with a heavy accent and I'm telling you that I can't understand you then you should do your best to try more people that has more of an English accent or just speaks English there shouldn't be no confusion no disappointment or anything like that you guys are very unprofessional it should not take a month or two or three months to pull one tooth out of a child's mouth and you guys need to have people that speak English there like I said

Stay far away from this place. They did a root canal on me and charged my insurance for multiple things not completed. Then they said that they couldn’t finish the crown process after billing my insurance and me paying $1000. This place scams and is overpriced. Stay far away from here.

Just drove over an hour and 20 min when I told them I’m diabetic and when I got there they asked about my A1C which was high but they just wanted to bring that up once I got there and told me they can’t do it so I just went all night and morning without eating and drove 1:20-1:30 min had to pay a driver and the doctor didn’t even care just told me he count do it cause my A1C is to high and was worried about healing which I never had trouble healing from other surgery’s very unprofessional for them to not ask before hand and have me force 1:20 min and have to pay somone and gas to get there and be told they can’t do it why would you not ask them before hand very unprofessional aswell as the surgeon if your going there for teeth removal this is not the place the doctor is also new so use at your own risk I count get treatment by him so I count tell you if he’s a good surgeon or not but was very rudeI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I'm only giving them two stars because of how nice and polite the dentists have always been to me and my husband but if I could give zero for the front desk people I would. They are always just a little too unprofessional in my opinion when I visit this location from saying patients' private info out loud ( HIPAA violation ) to seemingly trying to embarrass people when/if their insurance doesn't go through. I also witnessed a staff member bring a dental instrument to the dentist with her bare hands like It's okay to hold medical equipment that goes in people's mouths/bodies without gloves. It's very ridiculous actually how they have these jobs but aren't very good at them. Because of an incident that just happened to me at this location, Celebrate Dental will be losing not one but three patients because of their poorly trained staff. Please do better guys!!

I had an appointment scheduled a couple of weeks ago and when I arrived the receptionist stated that they would not be able to see me because my insurance was showing inactive. That didn’t sound accurate to me so I called my insurance company before I even left the office and they transferred me through several departments all of which stated that my insurance IS active and there should be no reason why I shouldn’t be able to be seen by my dentist and have my appointment covered by insurance. I went back up to the front desk at celebrate dental and she stated that she would pass the information off to another department and have them look into it. My insurance company provided me with a direct line that celebrate dental could call to verify my insurance over the phone. The receptionist wrote down the number and stated that someone would get back to me the next morning. End of day came the next day and still no contact from Celebrate dental. I called them and they said they would need a few more days to “get around to it”. Nearly 2 weeks passed and I still had no answers from celebrate so I called them yet again and they said that they simply do not have time in their day to call my insurance to verify with them over the phone. I work in healthcare myself and understand that dealing with insurance is not a highlight of the day but it is absolutely necessary in providing good patient care. Out of curiosity I called the direct line provided by insurance for celebrate to call and I got through to them in less than 5 minutes. I feel absolutely neglected by celebrate dental. They have certainly lost the business of myself, my husband, and my 3 kids. All who have been seen every 6 months. All because they we’re simply too lazy to advocate on my behalf.

I do not recommend this dentist. My daughter went in for a few fillings and started the appointment happy, calm, and cooperative. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. The dentist would work on her for only about five minutes at a time before leaving the room for 20 minutes or more. This happened repeatedly throughout the appointment. After waiting for well over an hour while the dentist had only spent approximately 10–15 minutes actually working on her teeth, my daughter understandably became uncomfortable, anxious, and restless. The dental assistant had to go find the dentist multiple times before he finally returned. When he did come back, he blamed my BABY (another child) for child receiving work being upset. I found this completely unfair. She had been doing wonderfully at the beginning of the appointment, and I truly believe the situation was caused by the excessive waiting and lack of continuity in her treatment. Had the dentist remained in the room and completed the procedure, I don't believe there would have been an issue. I do want to recognize the dental assistant, who was phenomenal throughout the entire visit. She was kind, patient, attentive, and did everything she could to comfort and help my daughter. We are very grateful for her compassion. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be bringing my children back.

I was treated by Dr. Governor at the North Glenstone office location. I received great patient care. Although I suffer from dental anxiety, Dr. Governor was very patient and kind. The staff were also very helpful. My payment options were clear and reasonable. I highly recommend Celebrate Dental; make your appointment today!!
