Today I had some dental work and a cleaning. Lauren, the dental hygienistwas very skilled and compassionate.Her and Dr. Collette worked well together to fix one of my teeth.Dr. Colette is an amazing dentist. She did a great job on my tooth and cleaning.Thank you all!! 🦷😀

Went here for a few months my family and I. But had to many experiences that caused me to leave. Poor professionalism while getting work on had a dental assistant make an inappropriate comment. Then my filling falls out not one but twice so I make an appointment to fix it. Had something come up over the weekend call them to reschedule first thing in the morning. Was told I have to pay a $25 dollar fee. Wouldn’t even need to be there again if my filling actually was put in right. But nonetheless won’t be taking myself or my family again.

I feel like their work may be good, but just their communication is very lacking. If you’re not high anxiety that may not bother you, but I went in very little communication. They ended up doing the incorrect side of my mouth, but I needed both done so I just let it slide. I called back to have some questions answered before my next appointment because I didn’t like how the first one went and was told a lead dentist would call me back two weeks later I’m getting appointment reminders but no phone call so I just went ahead and canceled because now I don’t feel comfortable or trust them . Again, they may do great work the side they did seemed fine but everything else was lacking and now I just don’t trust them enough to let them back into my mouth

Dr. Alex is by far one of the best dentist ever. He’s so incredibly kind, patient and caring. The energy from him and the entire staff is always so positive and amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience, so grateful for them all🫶🏻🖤.

I was advised my son had multiple cavities at another office. I called Celebrate Dental and explained that we had just gone to our regular provider and I was seeking a second opinion. I clearly communicated that our insurance would not cover a second visit so soon, and that we would need xrays or could provide them, and asked what the cost out of pocket would be at least three times. I was told it would be $20 but when I arrived for our appointment I was told it would be $180. I canceled the appointment.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 — Absolutely Amazing!I cannot say enough good things about Celebrate Dental & Braces in Springfield, Missouri! Everyone there was absolutely amazing, kind, patient, and willing to work with me. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood what was going on instead of making me feel rushed or confused.Being on a fixed income can make getting dental care stressful, but they went above and beyond to work with me and do everything they possibly could to help. Even when something was outside of what they could provide, they pointed me in the right direction and gave me information and resources to help me find someone who could.It really means a lot when a dental office treats you like a person and genuinely wants to help, regardless of your financial situation. I felt heard, respected, and cared for from the beginning.All in all, I give Celebrate Dental & Braces a 10 out of 10! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about their patients. ❤️
