As a medical office manager, I may have high expectations but we will not return. Equipment is not up to par. The base of the exam chair in the private room was filthy with dust and debris. The bed in the shared room had some sort of dried substance on it. There were several staff members actively in violation of HIPAA laws. I would suggest privacy screens on the monitors in the shared rooms, especially if DA's are going to be accessing other patients charts with the screen facing the patients/parents. Aside from these concerns, the DA was wearing scrubs so tight and see through that her entire undergarments were visible enough that my 7 year old made a comment. In the process of filling a tooth, I watched the Dr knock my sons crown loose and not say a word until at the end of the appointment when I asked about it. He basically said bring him back WHEN it starts hurting. The dental assistant had a surprised look on her face. The Doctor that placed the crown is not happy with that advice. We will return to him as self pay patients over coming back here to use insurance. It is disgusting how normal it is in the dentistry world, particularly pediatrics, to receive such low quality, impersonal care.

You need to install automatic door openers for handicap wheelchair access. It's absolutely ridiculous trying to get a wheelchair into your lobby area. You have handicapped parking, you have ramp access, so spend a little money on automatic doors. Very poor design and I recommend anyone with a friend or family member in a wheelchair find somewhere else to take them.

Please hire more staff on the surgery team (they take days to respond IF they call back) because seem to be really behind. I had to call 3 times to BOOK my appointment after waiting weeks for a call to schedule. My appointment was of course booked over a month out. I needed a Saturday appointment and apparently the surgeon likes to fill Fridays before booking Saturday (cool). I received this message on APRIL 21st “ Morning! I just got your message and I’ll be at work in a few hours and give ya call! Shouldn’t be a problem scheduling you for a Saturday!” Never got a call. When I texted to confirm my appointment on MAY 7th: “ Hello, this is Hollie Smith just wanted to confirm if my appointment was able to be moved to Saturday 5/23?” I get this response: “ Hey hollie unfortunately I no longer work for celebrate ! So sorry! But you can ask for Ivan at the Springfield office , I hope you get it all figured out!” Spoiler alert: Ivan is unavailable but they’ll leave him a message to call me back! I call again and the surgery team is unavailable. I get an email LAST WEEK with intake paperwork and a voicemail saying if I don’t fill it out my appointment will be cancelled. I fill it out same day and call to request my out of pocket cost and confirm when exactly my appointment is and am told the surgery team is you guessed it: unavailable?!😭 I filled out intake paperwork and am still waiting on appointment confirmation. It’s now too late for my husband to request off of work for my appointment but they assure me they will get with me on Monday once the surgery team is working again (which they won’t and it won’t matter bc it’s again too late for my husband to request off). I’ve been in pain for over a month now waiting for this appointment.

Pediatric dentistry at this establishment is top notch. They took all the worries about my child's away. Jer was fabulous cleaning and keeping my daughter informed about what was going on. Dr. M is caring and going to help make my daughter proud of her smile. Thank you guys so much for making this process easy. Going to switch my whole family here. Update Ladonna was doing an orthopedic consult with my daughter and was an amazing help during the whole process. I appreciate the care and information they share with my whole family.

The Pediatric Doc was so understanding sweet and caring. Armani his assistant made the kids comfortable and occupied them while we waited to be seen. I recommend anyone that has kids with anxiety, To check out this clinic because they help tremendously!

The pediatric dentistry here is one of a kind! The staff from the front desk to the extraction team were awesome with my son! They were patient with him and had a great attitude the whole time! He had to get numbed up and that was painful but the dentist was patient and precise. The worst was over in no time and the rest was a great experience for me and my son. I definitely recomend this place to anyone with young children.

Just had all my wisdom teeth pulled. Every staff member I have came in interaction with here has been so kind and so patient. They all are exceptionally kind here and so intelligent. The way they take care of their patients I’m so grateful to be a patient here. Especially Karen here. She has such a kind presence. I look forward to having more work done here.

I had a 5 star review cause they had me do it after my first appointment. They never called me back nor got my teeth cleaned. It’s been over a year from this point but if your insurance sucks and you need someone that’ll do what they can to get it done, they will not.
