A great service from the start. The website made it easy to pick a slot at a time that suited. James was very professional and listened to all our queries and explained everything he was looking for/at. The report arrived in less than 24 hours and picked up many items we didn’t notice. The thermal imaging and the drone included was a great feature, as it picked up a cracked roof tile and has given us peace of mind everything was insulated properly. I did a lot of research before picking a snagging company I’m very pleased I picked premier snag the inspector called Craig was very thorough and took his time explaining everything to me he confirmed the appointment the night before and gave me an ETA on the day of the appointment would highly recommend to anyone looking to get there new build property snagged.
