We are sadly devastated with the report we received and the amount of things that were missed out. From small details to larger scale issues which has costed us a fair bit and not to mention the stress it created and the time it took to rectify. The main things that were missed out was mould presence in our kitchen and utility room and the biggest issue which wasn’t picked up by the Snagger was levelling issues in our first floor. Our report highlighted concern for downstairs (which was completely the opposite) We had no trouble getting wood flooring laid downstairs however it wasn’t the case upstairs. We had to have the chip board removed which didn’t help so then had to have the whole of our first floor laid with plywood (wasn’t cheap) then on top we had to have the plywood screeded all to get wood flooring laid. In conclusion upstairs wasn’t checked for levelling, the Snagger probably thought there is no need to check and that we would have carpet laid anyway which wouldn’t have been a problem if we did. But not everybody likes carpeted bedrooms. Less

Matthew didn't rush the job, spending several hours carefully checking and documenting everything, but always happy to stop to answer questions throughout. At the end of each stage, Mathew gave a summary of his findings and a further detailed breakdown of the whole process on completion of the survey. Within well under 24 hours I received a comprehensive snagging report, which is well laid out and easy to understand. Although thankfully there was no major issues with the house, the report contained a significant number of things which had been identified to be sent to the developer for rectifying. Had I not chosen to have the snagging done, I would never have been aware of virtually all these, which might have resulted in future problems that will now been avoided? Thanks again! Less

Aqib came to complete an inspection the day after we got the keys 18 months ago. He did a fantastic job and found 200 snags on what was great quality build. Since then they have fixed most and yet when Aqib came back to reinspect he spotted not only where half a job was done, but also where some other things had happened since! The ROI on this is HUGE, having had my house re-rendered alone will ... More

Aqib came to complete an inspection the day after we got the keys 18 months ago. He did a fantastic job and found 200 snags on what was great quality build. Since then they have fixed most and yet when Aqib came back to reinspect he spotted not only where half a job was done, but also where some other things had happened since! The ROI on this is HUGE, having had my house re-rendered alone will have been a 10x return and that probably only accounted for 5-10% of the issues found.
