Today was my first time trying and I am going back so happy :) The session was amazing felt like I worked out for hours meanwhile it was only 25 mins 😀 I really want to appreciate Lucy and Vince for their help they were super kind and Lucy helped me training, I’m definitely coming back ❤️

From the moment I walked in, the staff at Iron Bodyfit were absolutely amazing, welcoming, professional, and so supportive throughout my session. The overall experience was fantastic, and I had such a great time that I've decided to sign up for a membership. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Went to Iron Body Midtown for the first time this morning and had an amazing experience! My boyfriend was pretty skeptical at first, but by the end, even he came out a happy camper. Great experience all around—we’ll definitely be back!
