2/28- lip filler and first time having tox $1200+Was supposed have forehead, crows feet and lip flip $100. Returned 2 weeks later for follow up because of uneven eyebrows same crows feet and my left eye lid was now soft loose wrinkled skin! Expressed concerned and Seema says it's my natural anatomy and stuck me with a needle from her pocket in the forehead maybe twice. She was out the door. Came back 3/27(1 month later from first appt) got another lip filler( I was recently dissolved elsewhere and was filling back up) and still expressed my concerns over crows feet, wierd wrinkled eyelid and now new hard line my by lip, 2 new diagonal lines in my forehead and lip flip not doing its job. Skin is still very wrinkled over my lip. Does my 2nd injection for lip filler and sells me on this DAO filler for $150 to lift my laugh lines. It didn't work all I came back 2 weeks later for follow up and she clearly sees one side is lifted and the other not. And once again whips out a needle from her pocket sticks me once and out the door! Absolutely zero patient bed side manner! In and out! I personally don't know what is in these needles cause it's clearly not working and they pull them out of there pocket. Not a package! Owner calls me after I left bad review to make it right as long as I take down my initial review! Sends me to her number 1 injector. I get there she clearly sees nothing is done on my face. Actually tells me my forehead Botox is uneven and my eyebrows need fixing. Marks me up all over cause clearly nothing worked on my face. Told me she doesn't see I had DAO done it's not in my chart! So she couldn't fix that on the house cause it's not even documented it was done!!! Calls owner and comes back telling $500 to fix what they've done!!!!!! $500!!! Another $500 I'm over 2k in the hole with this place! I live 40 miles away! Both appts I had I also I went to 2 week follow ups. That's 5 trips in total and every appt I told Seema my concerns and she dismissed them and blamed my anatomy! Then owner claims I waited too long! This was around Memorial Day that I went as per the owner! Why would she tell me she'd make it right and then tell me it's too late! It's only been about 10 weeks total at the time! (Mind you I made the appt right away after speaking to owner and they rescheduled me about 3 times over a 2 week span, so they delayed it an additional 2 weeks) Then they refused to give me receipts and notes from appts! Mind you I have great credit and plenty of money! I was hoping to get my face balanced and keep up maintaining my tox and fillers with them! I trusted this place based on their social media but unfortunately it's all smoke and mirrors! But I suggest to anyone considering! RUN FAR FAR AWAY! I will never go back here!

I got my lip fillers done here and I absolutely love the results. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome — honestly like home. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and caring, and they took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt confident throughout the whole process. My lips came out exactly how I wanted: natural, full, and beautiful. You can really tell they care about their clients and their work. The short of my experience was disappointing. After $0000.00 (several thousands ) later, a short time, 2 months, the treatment looks like it never happened. They only allow 2weeks for adjustment and lips were still healing from the injections. How can one decide if they were pleased in such a short time. Way too much money for the results that should have lasted longer.🙁
