I visited this clinic in January for a consultation regarding my jowls and marionette lines. After discussing my concerns and reviewing the costs, I decided to proceed with filler for my jowls, which was a significant investment at $1,360.Initially, I was patient as I waited for the results, despite experiencing some bruising and bumps. While the bruising faded within a week, a noticeable bump on the left side of my chin remained. During my two-week follow-up, I voiced my concerns about the bump; the injector assured me it would gradually disappear, yet it is still present. Additionally, I expressed my disappointment with the results, as I still had noticeable sagging in my jowl line. The response was that I would need more filler, which is quite costly and unexpected.While I appreciate the clinic's beautiful ambiance, cleanliness, and the attentive, polite staff, I find this experience disappointing, especially as it was my first facial treatment. They did offer two complimentary Botox shots for my marionette lines, but I still feel dissatisfied with the ongoing sagging of my jowls at 52 years old, particularly since I take pride in looking good for my age, so I believe I shouldn’t have required so much filler."

I came in for lip filler and Jeuveau and was overall disappointed with the experience. When I arrived, the injector was in another room talking, and there was little interaction or consultation. After briefly stating what I wanted, the front desk staff came in to collect payment and quickly applied lidocaine to my lips.When the injector finally came in, the appointment felt extremely rushed. Sne was in and out in about 10 minutes and did not ask many questions or go over a treatment plan. I left having paid around $800 and felt the service did not match the price.My lips look okay, but my Botox results were not great. I shared that I previously did well with 20–32 units, but was told that 60 units is “average” and that’s what I should consider. I ended up getting 40 units, yet the results were worse than what I’ve had in the past.Because I wasn’t happy with my experience or results, I chose not to return for the second lip filler touch-up appointment that I had already paid for. Overall, the service felt rushed and impersonal, and I expected much better given the cost.

This is my second RF micro needling session with Deena , and I can’t tellYou how happy I am with the results . I thought it would be a simple change but my under eye bags are less and my neck is much tighter . She’s a sweetheart also . This place is an hour and a half away from my home but I only trust Maya Med spa and Deena the esthetician . Will be coming back for more sessions ofcourse .

I love this spa! Everyone that works here is so nice and welcoming. They know their stuff and are able to help recommend any treatments. What I also appreciate how honest they are, when you don’t need something they will tell you. I have done several services with them and I usually don’t feel any pain. Deena and Tiffany have been my specialist and they are great! The owner is also fair and accommodating. I will continue to come here for all my cosmetic needs.

My wife got a procedure done and recommend it to me. After I came home she asked about it and apparently mine was done slightly different than hers. For example they gave her 2 small bottle of her own plasma to apply at home every 2 hrs which she had to keep refrigerated and I didn't get it. Either way the staff was great and I'll think whether about to go back or not. We will see and it depends of the outcome.
