I booked a 5:00 PM appointment and was asked to come earlier, with 4:30 PM offered as “the better” option. I adjusted my schedule and arrived at 4:30 as requested. After waiting well past 520pm with no treatment and no meaningful update on timing, I decided to leave. Delays can happen, but if a business asks clients to come earlier, they should respect their time and communicate properly. As I was leaving I asked the person at the front desk to cancel me and she nodded with a yes, wasn't even apologetic. Very disappointing experience and poor scheduling management.

I came here to Morpheus 8 treatment. Ultimately it was not the right treatment for me, but RF Micro needling was! Deena talked me through the process, and the results are AMAZING. She did my neck as well. I have gotten it 2 times, in the process of booking my third session. It helped with my "tech neck", fine lines, and pore size. Deena is super accommodating, kind, and knows her stuff. Looking forward to going back.

Seema has been doing my lips for years now and she’s the best! Always takes such great care of me - I show her a photo and she always nails it! The salon is so clean and they always offer you coffee or water while water - very boutique like and take care of you! I love it there! :) and they have very great prices
