From beginning to end, the professionalism, communication, workmanship, and attention to detail were absolutely outstanding.Steve Hammer and Drew were wonderful. They replaced and upgraded everything that needed to be done after storm damage to my electrical service, and they took the time to do everything carefully and correctly. Steve kept me informed throughout the entire job. When he needed to leave to get different parts, he told me exactly what he was doing, approximately how long he would be gone, and how much longer they expected the job to take once he returned. That kind of communication is so appreciated.Their respect for my home really stood out to me. They took their shoes off when entering the rooms, tested the electrical in each room, clearly labeled everything in my breaker panel, and cleaned up and neatly wrapped anything that was no longer needed. They even sealed cracks around the wall with foam and putty.Outside, they installed all the new equipment, secured and sealed everything beautifully, and then personally walked me around and showed me everything they had done. It looks fantastic!They were also very honest with the pricing. Once they determined that I already had grounding components that didn’t need to be replaced and that an inspection charge wasn’t needed, those costs were removed from my final bill. I truly appreciated that honesty.And after completing all of that work, Steve even took the time to fix my garbage disposal switch that had stopped working!It’s rare to come across this level of professionalism, courtesy, communication, and pride in workmanship. Steve and Drew were respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to have working in my home.The Neighborhood Electrician has earned a permanent customer.
