Since October I have been requesting the information from my window installation so that I can claim the tax credits when I file my federal income taxes. I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Since October I have been requesting the information from my window installation so that I can claim the tax credits when I file my federal income taxes. It is now mid-January and I still don't have the information. I have requested the information so many times I have lost count. One of their representatives suggested that I drive to their office. After spending nearly $8,000 with this company I don't think I should be asked to make an 80 mile round trip when they can put the information in the mail for less than a dollar. Less

I had my sliding glass door replaced. It was an amazing experience. They did a fabulous job. They were considerate of the property. They left the job site, pristine as if nobody had ever been there and the door came out fabulous and I am super ecstatic to work Them again.
