My fiance and I booked an appointment for Adalyn's Cleaning to come out and do a deep clean of our 3 bedroom home as we were about to put it on the market and were having photos taken the day following the day we booked our cleaning appointment. Our online appointment booking showed that Adalyn's would arrive on 06/08/23 between 9:30 am and 10 am. I'd attach screenshots of this proof, but the previous review that my fiance wrote was taken down after we went back and attached said screenshots, which included a text message from the business that was accusatory, rude, and unprofessional (they called my fiance's review "untruthful" and proceeded to wish him "good luck"). When no one showed for our booked appointment time, my fiance called twice and left two voicemails for the business (shortly before 11 am), to which no one responded. He then tried to chat online with a bot on their site that just kept asking what kind of service he wanted to book rather than actually helping the situation.
When no response was received, he called around to other cleaning services and got a different business called Three Sisters Cleaning to come out and perform MORE services within the hour and FOR LESS than the pre-authorized amount that Adalyn's was going to charge, of $483.64. Three Sisters Cleaning did a phenomenal job and we'd highly recommend them.
My fiance submitted a one-star Google review yesterday (06/08/23), shortly after 3 PM. He received a phone calls from Adalyn's within minutes after he'd left the Google review. The two phone calls were followed by the previously mentioned unprofessional text message from Adalyn's and then finally, a follow-up email from them saying they were sorry they couldn't find anyone to perform the cleaning for the appointment that we'd booked.
I'm not attaching proof of everything I've typed here because my fiance's previous review was taken down when he did so - so just please know that this business was incredibly unprofessional and antagonistic AFTER they were unresponsive to begin with. You can get more quality cleaning services performed for less by other cleaning services in Omaha that want your business and will call you back when you call them and will show up when they say they will.
