Brought in 4 girls aged 8-14 for their first nail experience from this place. The 8yr old immediately came to tell me her finger nail hurt. The side of her nail was filed raw and looked irritated. I was gaslit and told it was ok. No accountability, no apology. Just rudeness. The 14yr olds nails were in so much pain and the job they got was ugly. One of the girls' nails were pointing upwards and in pain and again excuses and only offered to take them off.

I had such an amazing experience that I just had to share it so others can enjoy the fantastic services here! It was my mom’s and my first time visiting since we’re from out of Edmonton, and we booked a last-minute pedicure. The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming plus the place is so clean and well kept . Everyone working there is so sweet and lovely, especially Kathy and Stephanie, their work was thorough, thoughtful, and our toes look absolutely beautiful. I wish this salon was closer to my home! This has truly been my favorite nail salon experience ever. Huge thanks to Kathy, Stephanie, and the entire wonderful team at this location. I can’t wait to come back again!

10/10, they got my acrylic nails off with such care. Didn't hurt my sensitive nails. Plus they have a drink bar, I had a tea 🍵 so yummy and delicious while getting my nails done plus I loved the edm festival music playing with the video to watch. Made me super happy.

I got a gel manicure on April 17, and by April 20 two nails had already cracked just from normal use (grabbing clothes from my closet). Gel is supposed to last at least 1–2 weeks, so this was really disappointing. It seems like the application wasn’t done properly, because this shouldn’t happen after only 4 days.
