I liked the environment, it was clean and pretty, but my massage was not what I was expecting whilst the masseuse was very nice I did expect a lot more than a massage with a massage gun. I understand that this tool is used as an aid and that she was trying to get rid of my knots but I was not expecting 90% of the massage to be with the gun. I do have a massage gun at home and I use it everyday. So coming here and spending a lot of money just to get what I get at home was not what I was expecting.

I received a gift card to Blackbird Massage as part of a maternity gift, and it turned out to be one of the best presents I could have received. One of the hardest parts of booking a massage is finding a place you can trust to provide great service, and Blackbird exceeded my expectations.I’ve had two prenatal massages and one postpartum massage, and each experience has left me feeling refreshed. I even brought my mother-in-law in for a massage. She’s very set in her ways, so I wasn’t sure how she’d feel about her first therapeutic massage, but she absolutely loved it and plans to continue getting treatments.I’ve worked with a different therapist during each visit, and every one of them has been wonderful. More recently, I’ve been dealing with some specific areas of tension, and Abby has been helpful in addressing those issues. I’m continuing regular sessions with her—she’s fantastic.

Awesome massage! Really use great pressure to get things loosened up. I have had several massages at Blackbird and will say they all have been exceptional. Each therapist “digs” in getting the knots out creating a de-stressing/relaxing enjoyable session! Today Abby was outstanding!

I had my first 110 minute massage and facial with Abby. It was outstanding!!!! I have frozen shoulder and arthritis and she was spot on with opening up the joint and I actually have more range of motion! She was very friendly and very professional. After the massage, I had a facial and another outstanding service. My skin looks and feels wonderful! I highly recommend the Soar Package at BlackBird for a wonderful “spa day”. I’ll definitely be back!!!!

I always feel so much better after getting a deep tissue massage at Blackbird. It just keeps getting better and deeper the more I go. I have had a mild chronic cough for years and today I could feel something in my lungs breaking loose and letting go. So deeply healing. Profound.

I’ve had work done by both Bailey and Lakyn and they were exceptional. They both were able to work out some tough spots that have been giving me trouble for a couple of years.
