First off, I’d like to commend James, the person who answered the phone right away. He was very attentive and after explaining, knew who to contact to address my situation.Arriving early, I met Rich, the technician. After explaining my situation, he focused on what needed to be done with my sprinkler situation. He addressed my problems methodically.I pride myself on taking care of such issues myself but found I was at a loss. Rich pointed out what can make for more success and proved it. I am very impressed.I highly recommend Joseph The Handyman for sprinkler repair. Not only is their customer service top notch, they can they fix many problems, doing it at a fair price.

Booked the consult appt w/ JTH for today for my mom, and Rich was the service tech that came out. Rich was very nice, and listened to what she/we needed to have done around the house, and she has a few jobs lol. He helped out with any immediate safety concerns, took pix of the jobs in question, talked with us a bit about the process and was very accommodating to her schedule to come back and do the work. Prices are fair and budget friendly. I'll be back to adjust my review once the work is all completed, but I'm very confident this is the best company for us and the job. 👍🏼
