Tanner was fast to response my inquiry, scheduled the service and showed up on time. Extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. Extreme quality work with before and after photos of my panels being super dirty, since I received the house never cleaned, and after with the birds protection installed by him. Also solar energy produced gained after cleaning was immediately gaining from 3-5 kWh more than it was when it was dirty. So if you are hesitant on cleaning your panels, don’t be, do it and give a call to Tanner from Genesis is the right choice. Keep up the amazing work.Note: from the photos the July 9 the panels were still dirty but was a clear sky and super sunny in Nuevo. July 10 at 7 am was the cleaning and then July 11 was a day after cleaning. All three days had same weather conditions and sun. Data and facts don’t lie.

We are thrilled with the job Tanner at Genesis Solar Cleaning did for us today. We aren't talking one or two pigeons, we are talking a flock. We counted about 18 as they were leaving our roof. The first thing we noticed before going outside, was how peaceful it was inside. The noise from the pigeons vocals, banging on the solar panels, and the chimney was aggravating to say the least, it was nonstop all day long. Their voices resonated down the chimney. Out in the yard, they harassed us, our dogs, stalked us. They soiled everything, our furniture, our pool, our walkways, bbq. There were pigeon eggs and shells around our deck, patio, and walkways. There was pigeon "you know what" all over too. A scene Alfred Hitchcock himself could not have foreseen. Tanner showed up on time, was dressed and acted professionally. He was very nice and went straight to work. The amount of bird waste on the roof could not have been good for the panels, the tiles, or the roof in general. We now have a clean quiet roof and sparkling panels. Best investment and home improvement we have done to the house in recent years.We highly recommend Tanner at Genesis Solar Cleaning!

Tanner was awesome!! I had a 10am appointment. He texted me to ask if he could come 15 minutes early. Of course!! He was so polite and respectful. Explained the scope of work, and proceeded to get the job done. He showed me before and after pictures. Honest young man. He could’ve told me that I had all kinds of problems surrounding the panels. I would’ve believed him, because I’m not climbing up there to see.. lol.. But he assured me that there were no issues surrounding the panels. I shopped around, and Genesis was the best price. Tanner’s punctuality, respect, work ethic, and most importantly honesty is why I’m going to be a repeat customer every six months. 120% recommend!!!
