We recently contracted Mendmate to do some structural repairs at our house. Initially Taran came and looked at the scope of work, gave great advice about what was required and quoted the job. We needed a new support joist under the deck, new railings and balustrades on the rear stairs and a complete rebuild of the landing at the top of the stairs. The work was done by James. He worked so hard over the two days without a break to get the job done in the time allocated. He liaised with us frequently to make sure we were happy with what he was doing. We are very pleased with the finished product, would definitely use Mendmate again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Taran and James replaced the cladding on the side of my house, they didn,t panic when discovering termite damage when the first row of cladding was removed they just got on repairing the damage and continued with the job. They did a great job. They were prompt, hard working and kept me fully up to date on the progress. I highly recommend them for any project.

We had several jobs around the house that needed attention. We struggled to find someone to do the work and were recommended Mendmate. What a great recommendation - great work, transparent pricing, awesome to deal with and always did what they said they were going to do when they said it would happen. Mendmate also replaced stairs at the side of our house and removed an external iron staircase from the back of the house. We are now lining up more projects (retaining wall) for them. Cannot recommend Mendmate highly enough. The photos make what Mendmate did look simple but there was a lot of work under the new path that has given us peace of mind for the future.

I really appreciate Taran for his fantastic work in building a deck at the entrance of my investment property. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the work plan well before the work and discussed the process in detail. The finished deck is exactly what I wanted. The workmanship is excellent, the build quality is outstanding, and everything was completed at a fantastic price. He gave us the advice how to look after the deck to last longer.Taran is honest and trustworthy. He refunded when I made extra payment by mistake.I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Taran to anyone looking for a high-quality deck.

Taran and James built a deck and did some otherr minor repairs for me at my townhouse in Bardon. They were friendly, professional and raipdly understood what I was trying to achieve and asked intelligent questions to ensure they delivered exactly what I was seeking. It is a challenging site with difficult access, but they easily overcame these challenges and delivered a result of exceptionally high quality at a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would happily have them back for additional jobs.

I am so pleased I chose Taran at Mendmate. From the very start of the process, he walked me through every stage, from getting my deck plans drawn up to organising the council certification, which I wasn’t even aware I needed.I found him to be a super easy-to-understand guy. He arrived when he said he would, handled the entire process for me professionally, and made what could have been a stressful project incredibly straightforward.Choosing Mendmate for my deck project was a fantastic decision. Taran was ultra-professional, always on time, efficient, and the quality of workmanship his team produced was outstanding. In fact, I think he should be charging more for the level of service and quality they deliver.I am very, very happy with Mendmate and will be recommending Taran and his team to everyone in my office.
