I called to politely discuss the situation and find out what could be done about it and it was extremely difficult to have a discussion as Ryan wanted to speak over me and reiterate his point over and over but not listen to my point. He also said that I said things that simply were not true and said that the person that hired him which was my previous renter never mentioned the dog smell , again not true. At the end of the first conversation via phone when I mentioned that he seemed to be very defensive and unwilling to listen to me he explained that he had a root canal and his tooth was really bothering him and he said he would call his office and see about the schedule to get back out here. I waited and waited and didn't hear back so I called him a short time ago to try to talk about the situation and again more aggressively he talked over me and was more argumentative instead of being a good business person and listening to my situation and talk about a workable resolution. He seemed to think I was asking him to do something I wasn't. He also started going off about all his experience etc etc and finally I said you're just not going to let me talk at all and he was still going off so I did use an expletive and I apologize here for that. That is not me normally but I became angry and frustrated and hung up while he was still going off. At the time he was here I tipped him because I thought the carpet looked great I still think the carpet look good but the smell is lingering. I do not recommend this company because if there's any issue you're not going to be heard which possibly was the issue to begin with and why the carpet wasn't done the way it should have been done in the first place. I don't believe Ryan is a good business person because it seems like he has to be right no matter what and is not willing to listen. I was a new customer that would have recommended him to many people and just wanted to see what could be worked out especially since I wouldn't have minded paying more however we never got to that point because he wouldn't stop talking over me. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. There are too many other choices out there with serious professionals that know how to work out a solution that is beneficial to both parties and at the very least listen to their customers issue.
