I made an estimate repair request on Sun evening.. via the master lift website ...That Monday I am appointment was made for that Wednesday ...Steve arrived on time .. I had PIER KING do work to my house and they have caused considerable damage I had Steve come and give an estimate on how to fix if possible and how much .... During estimate walk thru I showed Steve the damage and asked questions he answered all questions truthfully and technically and advised me on why I shouldn't do work to house !!!!!!that it Wouldn't b any benefit to house which was a relief to hear after the destruction caused by PIER KING ..... Thank you Steve I appreciated your time !!!

Had Masterlift out for a major foundation job — slab was cracked nearly down the middle. They installed close to 20 piers and injected 400 pounds of foam to get everything stabilized. We just had our foundation stabilized by Master Lift on 4/2/26 and 4/3/26 and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From the time the crew showed up to when they finished, they were professional, courteous, and clean about everything they did. Any question I had was answered and they welcomed me to check out everything they were doing. When they left, my son and I went out to put our dog fence back into place only to find they even did that before they left! I highly recommend them and would absolutely hire them again for any future needs.

We contacted Master Lift Foundation Repair for a drainage issue near our driveway and garage. The water would 'pool' around the garage door when it would rain heavily as it did in April and May 2025.Steve Glasscock contacted us right away and explained how the problem could be solved in great detail, utilizing specific measurements which would be performed before the work began. When the crew came out, they did exactly that, using precise laser measuring equipment. It happened to rain on two occasions after the main installation was completed, and we could see the drains in action carrying the water away from the garage out to our ditch in front of the house. It worked perfectly.We have been so impressed with the detail and quality of work. Our experience has been first class and expertly done from the very beginning. Was very please with the quality of work and the professionalism of the crew. We had a severe drainage issue and had French Drain installed. Issue fixed and we are very pleased with the results.

Steve at Mater Lift was the third contractor I contacted about installing a french drainage system around my house. He walked me through step by step on what I needed to solve my problem.The installation was challenging, but the crew worked hard and installed the system as it was proposed. They could have saved time by not digging as deep or cutting corners, but they did not. Dave, the project manager, was extremely helpful. I visited him and the crew every morning and he explained what they were planning on doing each day.It was a lot of work which ended up tearing up the yard, but Masterlift provided and installed sod at no extra charge. Any other contractor may have just left the yard torn up or charged me extra for cleaning up their own mess.They went the extra mile in making sure the installation was done properly and to my satisfaction.After the job was completed Dave walked me through the entire system, tested the pump, and told me to call them at any time if I run into problems.Spending a lot of money to fix a problem can be very stressful depending on which contractor you choose. Masterlift does the work they say they will, and they stand by their quotes.Many of the french drains I have seen in my area uses corrugated cheap pipe and is placed just below the surface. Masterlift used 6 inch perforated PVC starting at 3 feet down with a pretty similar price to the other 3 contractors who were going to use cheaper material at a shallower depth.I've already had many questions from my neighbors about my system and I will absolutely suggest to anyone that Masterlift is the only place to choose for drainage issues.

I called Masterlift to excavate my cellar. It butted up against the back of the house so I wanted piers to stabilize the house.After many other contractors had passed on the job over several years of trying to get this done, Masterlift took it on.From what i would guess, this old cellar had sturdier concrete than they had anticipated, resulting in the job taking a few more days than anticipated.To their credit, they stuck it out and got the job done. Even with the delays encountered, they never wavered from their estimate and did everything stated and then some.When the job was done, they still returned another day to powerwash my drive and add some extra sod in places they felt was appropriate.I couldn't have asked for a better job to be done and the fellows that came out were a great bunch of guys.Thank you for a job Well Done!
