Bay View has been such a treasure to my parents, who recently moved in, and to our entire family. The staff and owners get to know each and every resident in a very personal way, giving residents one-on-one attention based on specific interests. Don, Joyce and their team go beyond what we ever dreamed a retirement facility could be. It's the extra special attention to personal details on holidays, birthdays or even just those days when someone feels a bit down that make all the difference. And the way the entire external community embraces Bay View's residents is heartwarming. It's wonderful to have such a loving, caring facility for people right in our hometown. Beyond expectations!

We were very blessed that my mom was able who stay at Bayview Gardens. The rooms are very nice but the staff are what really make the difference. Every one of the staff that I interacted with or observed, treated the residents as if they were their own Mom or Aunt. There were multiple activities that she could take part in as she wished and the longer she was there the more Involved she became. I was especially grateful for the gentle reminders that kept my mom's prescription schedule on track. She did not want to leave her house, but once there I think that she considered it home. When she eventually had a medical emergency the staff was there immediately and handled it professionally and quickly and notified us within minutes. Her stay there resulted in tremendous piece of mind for our family as we knew that she was safe and happy and well cared for.

We are so lucky to have this assisted living in the Thumb! Bay View Gardens is not only BEAUTIFUL but the care staff team is amazing; kind, compassionate, respectful, and supportive to the residents. I am lucky enough to visit Bay View on a weekly basis and it is always something that I look forward to! I ALWAYS see smiles on the resident's faces and that's a huge indication that they are happy with where they live. Keep up the great work Bay View!

My husband was in Bay View Gardens for four weeks following a hip replacement. I was very impressed with the quality of care he received while he was there. The facility is clean, they keep the residents clean, and occupied. The food is very good and nutritious. The staff is very nice and accommodating I would highly recommend Bay View Gardens to anyone looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care.

My dad is currently residing at Bayview Gardens Assisted Living since March of 2025. I have never seen him so active and happy since our mother passed away. I think he views all of the residents, staff and management as extended family members. I was nervous when we were talking about finding him a place where he would be safe, happy and be able to thrive. We have found all of that with Bayview Gardens . I highly recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for quality care, compassion and a family-centered Care Facility Thank you for taking such good care of our father! Bay View looked up the definition of “compassionate care” and they follow it to a T. Excellent service, my sister enjoys the food, and the care is outstanding. As her guardian, they are very good at letting me know what is going on and always responds to my questions in a very timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend.

We’ve heard nothing but good things about the staff and everyone that works there! The things they do with their residents (activities) is outstanding. My friends brother lives here, and couldn’t be happier!
