William was very communicative and punctual. He ordered materials for the job, but didn’t end up needing to use them. Because of that, he reduced the original quoted price since he would be able to return the material. We really appreciated that honesty and flexibility on his part. He was professional and very efficient in completing the job. We highly recommend him!
