I was kept in the loop the whole time they worked on the car and communication was excellent. I did not know anything about What in Detail Nation and found them through a Google search of detailers in my area and am glad I did! Frankly, it was their website that sold me. I figured if the website was that good and comprehensive, imagine what their work will look like. The X5 turned out spectacular and looks finer than a new car. While work was being performed, numerous updates were provided via texts, with photos and calls, showing the progress of the work. Our C7 vette was completed when promised and when we arrived to pick it up, we couldn't believe how absolutely beautiful it was! Better then showroom new with all the swirl marks and imperfections removed, leaving a mirror like finish. Before our departure we were given printed instructions with codes to videos on how to maintain the finish. It was obvious that Jason and Jen were proud of their work, and wanted us to happy and completely satisfied with the results. I had NOOOO idea a detail could take 3 days!!!! anyways, I HATED washing my car, as i never have the time to wash it, or when i did, i didn’t have the energy. jason explained why washing the vehicle is important to keeping the car looking new. He then pointed out scratches, and spider webs in my cars paint. i never noticed them, he explained that they also dull the paint and takes away from the “new” look. After Jason got done with my subaru crosstrek, which is hyper blue (THE BEST COLOR)! it looked amazing. my car is only a 2016, and i had NO idea it could look any better then it already did. Jason documented and showed me how a paint correction restored my paint! i had no idea my paint was in bad shape! but WOW! After the entire service was done, jason was very informative, helpful, and a complete car car guide so i can keep my car looking as good as it did when it was done. i now never have to rinse my car, and washing takes no effort so i don’t even mind washing one every month (maybe a little longer, whoops). 12/10 HIGHLY recommended! Recently I bought a black Audi A5 that had a nasty overspray on most of the car. The paint felt like sandpaper. I am someone who enjoys detailing my vehicles, claying and waxing a few times a year and being that crazy guy in the neighborhood that washes his truck in 35 degree weather. Although I've never had to correct my own paint I was looking forward to the challenge of tackling this overspray. After an hour of working on a 5 square inch portion of the car I realized I was way out of my league. Fortunately a buddy of mine recommended Jason. I took the car to them and they suggested a paint correction. It was worse than even they imagined, but I believe they embraced the challenge of fixing this car. I think they spent 10-12 hours each on it, which included restoring the rims and removing the annoying Virginia inspection stickers on the inside of the windshield. I believe they did a 3 stage paint correction on the entire car. The end result was astonishing. This is a 9 year old car with black paint and it looks brand new. Seriously, brand new. Pictures do not do justice. I showed the car to a few fellas at work and two of them have already reached out to Jason to have work done on their vehicles. As much as I enjoy shining up my 7 year old black F150, I will be taking it to them this spring simply because I can't do what these guys can do. I have been humbled. They communicate well and stay true to their word. On top of it, their prices are extremely reasonable. I don't write these reviews often, but Jason deserves it. Update (4/28): Took my black F150 to Jason and it looks phenomenal. Even better than the Audi. He even restored the plastic fender flares. Amazing, amazing, amazing.
