We took our daughter’s 2023 Kia Sorento to Jason for why we thought would be an impossible job of getting the inside clean. She has a Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy so the interior literally was fur lined. In addition there were tons of slobber and spit on the inner doors and sills. In a nutshell this would have taken us weeks to get it somewhat clean. Well in a half a day Jason had restored the interior to literally new care condition! Just incredible!. The Detailing Duo of Jason & Jen did a fantastic job on our new to us X5. The paint was in worse condition than I had originally thought when purchasing at the dealer. It was only when we saw it in the bright sunlight did I see just how bad it was. Jason recommended a full stage two paint correction followed by a ceramic coating. I also wanted the interior rejuvenated. After Jason started on the car, he advised that the interior was not all that bad and refunded that part of the project. That's honesty for you! I was kept in the loop the whole time they worked on the car and communication was excellent. I did not know anything about What in Detail Nation and found them through a Google search of detailers in my area and am glad I did! Frankly, it was their website that sold me. I figured if the website was that good and comprehensive, imagine what their work will look like. The X5 turned out spectacular and looks finer than a new car. I bought the car new last November, and it came… not as clean as I’d expected it to. I cheaper out and took it to some random detailing shop in VA in the spring, and they certainly made it relatively clean, but Detail Nation is just on a-whole-nother level. The paint is sooo much better than it has ever looked, my clear coat is perfect, and the ceramic coating takes it to a different tier. They worked with my budget, and my packed schedule. Generally just a very pleasant experience. Could not recommend this place enough.

Had my by brand new car detailed and ceramic coated; love how it turned out. Excellent scheduling, service, and interactions. Customer service-oriented business. 7 month update: still have nothing but good things to say about the people and the product. My only regret is not reading the fine print for my "lifetime" warranty coating well enough to ask about the "nominal charge" for the two washings/check-ups required per year. The cost (at least $200) strikes me more as a subscription than a nominal fee.
