These guys are great. I had a work trip from Illinois to pick up some equipment and tragedy stuck. I lost a wheel and hub on my trailer. I immediately called them. They had an opening, fixed me up in less then 2 hours, and reasonable prices. Hopefully I’ll never be in this situation again but if I am I know who I am calling

Excellent service. Bought a trailer there a year ago and needed to transfer out of state. Needed some additional paperwork, called them and even though they were short staffed, they were incredibly helpful and prompt. They are a great company. Highly recommend them.

Called in wanting to buy a truck bed and they would not even give a ballpark estimate over the phone. When you cannot even get a price for something without them getting all your info and doing a quote it’s ridiculous. Called two other places and Martins gave me a price right over the phone and said I could come pick one up. Off to Martinsburg!

Bobbi (Line-X Manager) and Brian (General Manager) did everything to make sure my experience was a positive one.I chose Line-X over other spray in bed liner products because of their long history of durability and reputation in the industry. In the end, the finished product did not disappoint.

Absolute worst customer service! I am an over-the-road truck driver. Called on Monday and spoke to a salesman, told him what I was looking for. He had exactly what I wanted, quoted me a price and I said I'd be in Friday. On Friday, I look at trailer, see somethings that I would like fixed. Go into sales office and learn my salesman has been off all week but a young lady assures me she can take care of me. Told her about the trailer, but asked if possible to get in another color. Thought she probably could for a price difference of $70. Uncertain though of how soon she could get it. She had to call mfg in TN. I wanted trailer before hunting season and at this point we were approx. 7 wks out. It was lunch time so she was going to call after lunch then call me and she was also going to talk to her shop about repair of the trailer they had. Sam said if she didn't call me on Friday, she'd be in touch on Monday. I had to call her and when I did she had no idea what I was talking about and we went through everything again!! Again, she's calling me back. Yep, I had to make the call. She wasn't able to talk to anyone in TN yet (Had she even tried???) She did talk to the guys in the shop about the repairs to their trailer. They couldn't do anything about it but they would discount it. The discounted price was higher then the original price she quoted me! You've got to be kidding me!!! She is still suppose to be calling me back about getting a different color trailer. That was 5 days ago now. I've bought a trailer elsewhere now. I don't have time to deal with incompetent people. Folks if you want good, dependable service, Hostetler's is not the place to do your business.
