I only gave one star cause I can't write a review without putting at least one star! This service is by far the worst! When you call to have them look at your connection they tell you it looks fine on their end but yet you can't even have one TV working! Nothing else hooked to the wifi! Or they tell you maybe you should look at another service! What the actual F! How do you tell your customers to look into finding another service... When this was 432 Internet we NEVER had issues! I would never recommend this company to anyone, for any amount of money!

I have had 6 days of "network issues" on their end while trying to do work at home. I call tech support and they had no knowledge of this. I contacted billing and was directed to a woman I can only describe as (pretty sure anyone in her life left albeit anyway way possible). She advised that per the policy " THAT YOU SIGNED SIR" you should have known our policies. "We don't issue credits until 48 hours of interrupted service." So I asked you could have issues for 8 to 9 hours a day and as long as it isn't continuous 48 hours you're SOL. Great customer care over the bottom dollar. Yall really care. It's great to see in an economy where take it or leave it is most people's customer service. I would recommend you to anyone who doesn't value phone etiquette or customer service.

We’re very pleased with our switch to Rio.All the guys were friendly and informative on the set up for our new installation. Isaiah helped all along the way. Not to mention, he’s a local and has assured us that if we have problems (which we have not) that he would be there to assist us. Best of all we now get much faster speeds for much less than we were paying our previous provider. Go Rio …You can’t go wrong!

They offered to upgrade my hardware for increased speeds. I paid $291. After the upgrade, I was still at the same speed of 50Mbs. I tried to call support , but there was no answer for me. However, they would answer for the install tech.

I wish I could give zero stars! Rio doesn’t even deserve one. Internet always goes out, and this time it’s been out for 3 days! Customer service is non existent! So done with Rio! Looking for a new provider ASAP!
