Craig Cook was excellent. He made my home buying experience very seamless and kept me informed every step of the process. I highly recommend him, Elegance, and the entire Acre Mortgage family. Thank you once again Craig and Elegance!

After working with various loan officers I can honestly say that working with Justo is a breath of fresh air. I trust him with my clients because he has demonstrated that he has their best interest at heart. Justo has a wealth of experience and can offer a variety of solutions based on his experience. Communication is very important to me and Justo is very diligent about it, responding messages in a timely manner. I love working with him because he makes everything easier for everyone involved.

This was my first time working with Justo, and I can honestly say they made the home-buying process feel like I was on vacation! They helped me with everything from beginning to end and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.What impressed me the most was how fast and efficient they were. I was originally scheduled to close on a certain date, but Justo and his team worked hard and were able to get me to closing 10 days earlier than expected! They were very professional, kind, friendly, and, most importantly, they treated me like a person, not just another client. I’m extremely happy with my experience and very grateful for everything they did for me.I would definitely work with Justo and his team again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you, Justo and team, for making such an important moment in my life a great experience!
