Sebastian came out today and detailed my car. I was really happy and impressed. What a good job he did and I’m one of these people that’s really fussy. Everybody tells me I have eyes of eagle ha ha and that’s true but he was very detailed orientated and I appreciate that since I’m a detailed person myself highly recommend this guy in the company

I hate to have to update my previous review, but after my first positive interaction with Sebastian, things took a significant downturn, and I think it’s fair for others to be aware.After the first cleaning, we scheduled a second appointment. A few days before, Sebastian reached out, but the date he entered into his system was different from what we had discussed. We had to cancel due to rain, and I told him I’d contact him when I was available. Unfortunately, due to a business move, I wasn’t able to respond immediately. That’s when Sebastian began sending repeated messages—close to six texts in one morning—trying to lock in a date. While I understand the need for communication, this felt excessive and borderline disrespectful. Still, we managed to reschedule.On the rescheduled date, it began to rain, so Sebastian offered to just clean the interior, which I agreed to, and we planned to finish the exterior a couple of days later. However, the next day I discovered that Sebastian had unplugged our freezer to use an outlet for his equipment and failed to plug it back in, resulting in over $400-$500 worth of food being ruined. When I confronted him, he admitted to unplugging the freezer and apologized, offering a free car wash as compensation. I explained that the value of the car wash didn’t come close to the loss of our food, but I didn’t press the issue, figuring we’d discuss it when he returned to complete the job.Sadly, Sunday came and went without a call, text, or appearance from Sebastian. I reached out the following day, expressing my disappointment, not just over the freezer incident but also being ghosted after we had rescheduled. To make matters worse, my father, who had been using Sebastian’s services longer than I had, also experienced a no-show after previously receiving a good cleaning.I’m truly disappointed in how Sebastian handled this situation. If you choose to use his services, be sure to double-check that anything he unplugs gets plugged back in.

Sebastian did an interior detail on my Honda Accord and she looks like she's fresh off the lot. Managed to get 4 years of caked in gunk and gummy candy that had been mashed into my floorboard out, idk seems like miracle work to me. Thanks so much for the wonderful job!
