Mitchel and Dylan came to fix my chimney leak and did a fantastic job installing a new cap and waterproofing the brick. They showed me a picture of what they did so I could see for myself. They also took care not to crush my rain gutters by procuring the appropriate ladder. They were also very nice. Highly recommended!

This guys are great! A massive job on one of the hottest days,heat index over 100 and they never stopped working! Chimney fixers did what other companies said they couldn't do and for a lot less. Highly recommend this company!!

The entire experience was great. From the first phone call to install everyone I interacted with was great. All very personable and respectful. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. Communication was excellent. The installer even called me to let me know one of my three chimney flue's was not in use and had been filled in, something I had no knowledge of, having only been in the house for 8 months. He said they wouldn't need to do one of the caps we had agreed to do and said we would save some money. I doubt many other companies would have been so honest, especially knowing it would cost them money. In fact, the job was quoted at $2400 and came in a little over $1600. The work was great, but the people were even better. No need to look for any other company to do your chimney work.

We were disappointed in the outcome and follow up after the sales presentation. Update. They cracked 12 titles on our roof. Didnt repair, 2 weeks we still havent been able to get a roofer to show up to fix it, and now came home to a flood in our room and a big bubble on our ceiling. Terribly unprofessional. I wish I could post a photo. Now we have damage in our hime from the torrential rain fall. More expense. You never should have taken this job. Your call from the manager was to just tell me you accept absolutely no responsibility. IStay away tile and slate roof owners!

I've had multiple estimates and spoken to multiple chimney repair people, and this was the most practical solution. It definitely fixed all the problems.

The Chimney Fixers have been excellent from beginning to end. We had an inspection with Daniel, which included a cleaning. We decided to purchase a wood burning stove insert. Jake and Zack did the install and the exterior chimney cleaning. They completed the install in a day and they cleaned up after. They were friendly and professional. We are looking forward to a warmer, cozier Pittsburgh winter.

Mitchell was PRO.....he just finishing up the chimney on our ranch house at 1512Our residence 3100 is connected property to the 1512 home.Im very worried for him in this heat ...wouldn't have been a problem to delay ...I emailed the company ...understood if too hot to be on a roof.....however I watched checked on him intermittently ...never stopped working 💪So thank you for the quick response for quote and job completion in less than a week.My only concern was quote...and no senior discounts ...Clippers coupon ...we added sealer so coupon was voidWe recently had pointing on entire residence 3100 Middletown ... cost was $80001512 had Chimney leak... $2400 to point and seal vent on top...quite expensive for a 3.5 ft ChimneyPleased with Mitchell....Lucky to have him ...

Mitchel and Jacob showed up on time. I was glad that they set up their equipment in the backyard. Unfortunately, we had not moved the outdoor furniture off of the patio beforehand. They graciously did that task. They worked continuously for 5 hours taking only one or 2 drink breaks. They cleaned their work area and put the porch furniture back in place. Mitchel showed me before and after pictures of the two chimneys. Great professional job.
