So I signed up for a pet portrait not knowing what to expect. From the beginning the communication was amazing. All my questions were fully answered and I felt informed of everything all the way up until the day of the photo shoot.I arrived and met the photographer Gabriel. He was amazing! The pups were very rambunctious, but he was so patient with them and he was able to capture their personalities perfectly. I then met with Carter who helped me pick the best package to purchase. As he played my slideshow, I was almost emotional looking at the images that were captured. Carter was also very patient and was not pushy in the least bit. He allowed me to take my time to make sure I got the perfect package.Overall this has been an awesome experience! I never thought this would be something I would do. Now that I have, I’m happy Platinum Portrait Artists is the company that has permanently encapsulated the memories that will last forever. If the experience I had today is representative of the quality photos I purchased, I’m really in for a treat!P.S. All these bad reviews are so dumb. You aren't required to buy anything. My Bestie and I are so blessed by this sweet session for our precious Lola. The giveaway was so timely for us and our new cat. She did great and Gabriel really hit it out of the park capturing these amazing pictures. 👏 Then Carter was so kind going through these photos to pick the perfect one. 🥰 We left with our 10 inch portrait picked out and we got an amazing discount for our other favorite photo as a digital. I highly recommend this local business and hope you understand they are a BUSINESS.Update, Lola passed a few months after this which made it so much more special and meaningful. Less

An excellent experience!! The entire staff was so knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. They were extra patient with my senior three-legged dog. All details were provided before the session and we got some amazing photographs of our family. I will cherish these memories forever! Less

PHENOMENAL EXPERTS! From arrival to departure the staff here was so pleasant to work with. They were very sweet with our pups (shout out to Taylor) and excited to work with us. The shoot felt very comfortable and professional. Our final shots almost brought tears to our eyes as we’ve never seen our little family captured as beautiful as Gabriel did.
