She explains things clearly and shows genuine concern about our present situation as we are relatively new here in Canada. She doesn't do hardsell, instead tries to uncover what we really need and what is economically and financially feasible/beneficial to us. Her thoughtful assistance all throughout our application process is commendable. Although we are still waiting for my wife's application as of this writing, she has always been in touch to make sure everything is okay and moving accordingly. I highly recommend Lillian to anyone who wish to avail (or change) their insurance or financial products. You will be in good hands with her. =)
